PGS Lifecycle Email Copy

The client had a user list of over 17,000 people, but besides a one size fits all email blast once a month, had never put much effort in tailoring communications to ensure these folks stayed engaged and performed the key actions they originally expressed interest in. Working with the product and engineering teams, we identified user attributes/actions we could track and use to segment lists, then prioritized the actions that had the biggest potential for future conversion and mapped out an initial workflow to put users through. The document below shows the email copy and user qualifications that would trigger each one to send.
