Catalytic Voice and Language Style Guide

This document provided guidance on how to write in a uniform tone and style, whether the content was for the marketing site, the help center, the product or an email. It included the company's voice and tone and how to apply them to different content types. It also provided grammar and punctuation rules as well as specific terminology to use and avoid. Had the design and marketing teams remained in place longer-term, this would've been fleshed out farther to individually address each component type and appropriate formatting for each.
